Brand New Day was the final track written (months later actually) for the upcoming EP. It also has a very different vibe than the other songs asI was in a pretty different headspace by this time. Still, Brand New Day felt like it made the journey through these songs, and time period of my life, complete.

Strange how that works out sometimes but hopefully it will all make sense when the full EP is released.

Brand New Day also felt like a good second single release and, given it's uplifting and hopeful vibe, made sense for the beginning of a new year.

I also want to say thank you to Pete Griffin and Ernesto Homeyer for adding their immense talents to Brand New Day. Working with great musicians just makes everything better.
